What's New at c3
c3 Marketing was set up in 2005 by me, Clare Millington, an experienced construction and marketing professional.

Experience
Having worked for one of the UK's largest contractors and a small private builder, l understood that both ends of the spectrum had similar issues in terms of developing their businesses. I could clearly see how to win more work and felt l could help others if l worked outside of their company, within their business framework but free from day-to-day corporate concerns.

Focus
By being able to focus on a single project, client or bid, my colleagues and l can help our contractor clients to develop a rapport with influencers and decision-makers, identify the key drivers of a project or organisation, and sell the right services to the right people... with greater priority than a busy in-house marketing team.

Drive
I have worked in construction for my entire career, having started out as a quantity surveyor on site. l moved into business development to get closer to work-winning and frontline business strategy... and make better use of my creativity, which was somewhat wasted amongst spreadsheets and take-offs!

Delivery
My key skill is an ability to quickly understand issues and identify appropriate responses - so whether l am engaged to build relationships, gather project information, or to design, manage and produce a bid, l am always able to focus on the desired end result.

Above all, c3 has a unique understanding of the construction services sector. We understand the processes involved in building and maintaining client relationships, researching opportunities, bidding and winning work. Our track record speaks for itself, with a consistent output of high quality work in this competitive field.
